Putting together the “perfect” event varies greatly from one client to the other depending on a multitude of variables like personalities, style, tastes and dreams. For this reason, all of our event services are tailored to each individual client’s needs; and, therefore, we approach each event with a bespoke pricing structure.

A common question we get is how is the pricing determined? Well, pricing depends a LOT on you, the areas you need help with and the details of your event. Your location, date, number of guests and complexity of event logistics are all factors that are carefully considered. Our services are explained in more detail below.

 

 

Wedding Management

Wedding Management services begin immediately and allow you to reach out with questions as often as you like starting six weeks before your event. Wedding Management is perfect for the client who wants to handle the planning, but would like assistance tying up all those little loose ends in the weeks leading up to the big event. We’ll work together with you to build a comprehensive timeline and coordinate your team of wedding professionals to be fully prepared for a seamless execution of your event. On your event day, Theresa Nicole Events will be present to manage the details of the day, keep things running smoothly and on-time, and oversee all the small details, as well as all the big moments of your event day. Meanwhile, you and your loved ones will be able to focus on what is truly important – the celebration!

 

Wedding Management services typically range from $2750 – $3500

Signature Collection

Signature Coordination services include Wedding Management plus unlimited communication beginning the day you sign your contract. You will receive access to our online client portal where you will find a lot of useful tools to help stay organized, manage your guest list and RSVPs, assign seating at your reception, and so much more. You’ll also have Theresa Nicole Events guiding you along the way with expert advice and pre-vetted recommendations.

 

Signature Coordination services typically range from $4750 – $6500

Full Production Planning

Full-Production Planning is the most popular option among Theresa Nicole Events’ clients. Services include Signature Coordination plus everything you need to help with the planning and design of your entire event. From brainstorming sessions and vendor meetings to helping you select a team of the best professionals that will perfectly compliment your style and personality, Theresa Nicole Events will be there every step of the way, guiding you to confidently make decisions best suited to you. When the budget is keeping you up at night, we will help you create a realistic budget to reflect your priorities and track your payments. We will set you up to receive calendar reminders for upcoming payments, important deadlines and upcoming meetings. We will work side-by-side with you throughout to keep planning on-track and brilliantly organized, making the planning process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

 

Full Production Planning services start at

Our Hourly Consulting services is a noncommittal way of working together on an hourly basis. Consults can take place in-person, over the phone/FaceTime or even via email. This is a great option if you need help planning a smaller event or an additional event for your event weekend. Theresa Nicole Events will talk through it with you and offer expert guidance and advice.
